3. Shipping Rates and Weight-Based Tiers
We charge a base rate for the first item plus a per-item fee for additional items in the same order. Orders with multiple items may trigger Heavy Shipping rates based on total weight and quantity.

Orders of 20 or more items require a manual shipping quote.
Note on Delivery Time: An estimated delivery date will be provided on your order confirmation. Actual shipping time may vary depending on the local postal service. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), carrier services may require an additional 5–10 business days for delivery.
Tracking and Delivery Restrictions
- Military Addresses: We are currently unable to ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
- P.O. Boxes: We accept Standard USA shipping to P.O. Boxes via USPS. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes for Priority Shipping or SPP products.
- Tracking Latency: Tracking numbers are uploaded by the end of the day an item ships. Please allow 3–5 business days for information to sync with carrier systems.
- International Updates: Tracking often pauses after a package leaves the USA until it clears customs in your destination country.
- Liability: Once handed to the carrier, the shipping process is their responsibility. We cannot redirect or recall packages in transit.
4. International Delivery Terms (Duties Unpaid)
We partner with multiple carriers, selecting the best option based on the delivery address.
- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU.
- Taxes and Fees: We do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility.
- The package may be subject to local customs or VAT taxes, which vary based on the shipping destination. Please consult your country's customs policies for more information.
5. Address Changes and Cancellation
Change of Delivery Address
We cannot modify the shipping address once your order has entered the production phase.
- To update your address, please contact us via the Contact Form or the email address provided at the bottom of the page within 6 hours of placing your order.

Insufficient Information Cancellation, if we detect inaccurate or insufficient information (e.g., an incorrect address) that prevents us from processing or delivering your order, we will notify you via your registered email.
- If we do not receive a timely response, we may be required to cancel the order.
- Any refund issued will be the remaining amount after deducting all incurred costs of processing and shipping the product(s), depending on the order's current state.
Order Cancellation
- If you cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, any incurred payment processing fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
