Estimated Delivery Times

The total time for your order to arrive is the sum of the Processing Time (the time to create, quality-test, and package your order before it is shipped) and the Estimated Shipping Time.

International Shipping Policy Summary

  • Global Shipping: We ship authentic Not The Usual Gift products worldwide, with tracking available for the USA and most international orders. Temporarily Unavailable: Shipping is currently unavailable to South Africa, Israel, Norway, Iceland, India, Switzerland, Philippines, Brazil, Ecuador, Malaysia, Colombia, Spain, Kuwait, UAE, and Turkey. 
  • Duties and Taxes: Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). 
  • Canada Exception: Canada Standard shipping is DDP (Delivery Duty Paid); duties and taxes are included in the checkout price. 
  • Recipient Responsibility: All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility. Not The Usual Gift is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred at the destination country.
